Eagle Point

Eagle Point Caravan park

The hamlet of Eagle Point is located 3.5 hours drive from Melbourne and 10kms south of Bairnsdale. The Eagle Point Caravan Park resides on the foreshore of Lake King on the iconic Gippsland Lakes, Victoria.

Eagle Point is named after the White Belllied Sea Eagle which can be seen perched in a nearby tree or soaring above the foreshore of Lake King.

Eagle Point is also home to one of the longest silt jetties in the world (known as an isthmus), located at the mouth of the Mitchell River (which sustains extensive wildlife activity which in turn attracts major tourism).

The Eagle Point Caravan Park is your ideal host for your next reunion or event because it is centrally located between cities. The park has facilities to cater for family & nomad reunions, caravan clubs, school groups, fishing & boating clubs, church group excursions, hiking & biking groups and 4-wheel drive clubs.

The Park
